"Thank you for an excellent day at our school. The children were engaged throughout and learnt a lot - I know for a fact that our Year 5 & 6s will be very careful about what they post online in the future! Parents and staff also enjoyed their time working with you and took a lot away from the assembly/staff workshop." - Tom Bint, Key Stage 2 Leader/IT Subject Leader

“Thank you for setting up the talk on internet safety tonight by Paul Hay. It was a really valuable presentation and it was great that you offered it to parents. It sounds like Paul did a great job throughout the school and with your team in starting to embed the key messages as well to kick start the conversation with kids, teachers and parents on a topic which needs a consistent approach from trusted adults with the children.” Parent Y1 Child

Langford Village Community Primary School

“Our staff, children and parents have learnt a great deal from you. I have been bombarded with positive feedback from all 3 of these groups. I thought the day itself and our staff meeting were outstanding.” – Tim Holt

“Thank you for a very interesting and thought provoking day. I'm sure you realised that the children had a good time and got the 'message' but I must tell you that many of the staff were buzzing....I think ready to run home and check their children's computers! So as always you spread the word beyond just your targeted audience. Many commented on your excellent delivery.” – Helen Porter, Assistant Head

Ravenscote Junior School, Frimley

“Your presentation covered all the bases for us. Your presentation style was relaxed and the feedback I have received from parents is fantastic. Internet safety is obviously an emotive subject but the combination of videos and your life experiences was brilliant – I only wish all 600 hundred parents were there – a truly super evening – I will be recommending you highly to other local schools.”- David Harris, Head

Newlands Girls School, Maidenhead

"Great Course - managed to change my opinion on how to handle facebook - Embrace it!"     - Parent

Holyport CE Primary School, Maidenhead

"Many thanks for a truly eye opening presentation that has made me think and act on electronic information & systems we all take for granted and perhaps don't look at it with measured security. Highly recommend your presentation to anyone/any school." - Sally Langdale, Parent

Alford Academy, Aberdeenshire

"We used PCLS for an internet safety event at Alford Academy. Paul provided inputs to both parents and children which were extremely well received by both groups. The staff were also very impressed by Paul's knowledge and his ability to communicate this to the pupils and parents." - PC Rob Ferrands, School Liaison Officer, Grampian Police

St. Crispins School, Wokingham

"We have held four evening presentations for parents and we have been delighted to welcome Paul Hay as our guest presenter. Feedback from our parents has been very positive and Paul’s presentations have been greatly appreciated. Paul has extensive knowledge of the key E-Safety issues and is able to illustrate to parents the sorts of activities that their children are engaged in when using the Internet. Paul made it very clear to parents that he did not want to alarm them and it was not his intention to tell them what they should do. Paul expertly provided illustrations of the possible dangers of the use of the Internet for teenagers but balanced this with some observations of the many benefits of its use.
The parents appreciated the relaxed and informal nature of the sessions and felt comfortable asking questions and discussing the issues. If there are any other schools considering running similar sessions for their parents then we would strongly recommend contacting Paul. We will certainly be holding these events on a regular basis and we hope that Paul will be able to lead the sessions for us."
- Mike Elward, Assistant Head

Trevelyan School, Windsor

It was very professionally presented and extremely useful. Every other parent I have spoken to has said how worthwhile the evening was.

It provided an overview of the internet safety issues. We did already know about most of these potential problems but it was very worthwhile to hear a professional presentation.

Above all the evening reiterated that by far the best thing we can do is to educate and establish a trusting relationship with our children.  - Parent
